About Gloria Carr

Gloria success in real estate started 30 years ago as an Assistant Manager for Coral Gables Federal, a historic financial institution that specialized in pre-construction financing, conventional loan products, FHA, and VA programs.   Her dedication, knowledge and experience was well known and her warm, friendly and nurturing personality made it possible for the bank to achieve its goals such as the development of Frenchman's Creek in Palm Beach Gardens.

On a personal level Gloria grew up in South America as her father served the United Nations becoming a diplomat for Unesco.  She graduated with a BA degree in International Affairs at Florida State University and later on she married her college sweetheart Dean Carr in Caracas, Venezuela. They took residence in South Florida and together they took advantage of the investment climate of the 80's. Her business network grew and her impeccable reputation as an ethical, professional real estate advisor was established.

In 2004 Gloria's continued passion in her career enables her to join United Realty Group, Inc. a top leading real estate company of South Florida.  Since then she has established real estate relationships with local & foreign investors.

Best of all she works along with her son Chris, and continues the real estate legacy that the Carr family started when her father in law emigrated from Greece and opened a real estate agency in downtown Hollywood, Florida.

Gloria's years of experience and dedication to bring a successful transaction to the closing table continues to be her major satisfaction.  South Florida has given her the opportunity to develop and maintain a successful local and international clientele.  Please call Gloria for your real estate needs.
